Hello everyone, I finally brought my revision review. When you have eye surgery, many people will be recommended inner corner surgery, but widening is easy and revision is not easy, so I think it is better to do your research carefully before proceeding.
After my inner corner surgery, the hook scar was very severe, and I also had an epicanthal fold. It was opened too much, so a lot of the caruncle showed. I wanted to keep the eye size from getting smaller while also covering the caruncle, and I wanted to go back to the way my eyes were before the surgery, so I even joined open chat rooms about revision, but they felt way too much like [Brand A], so I just left.
After a month or two, you can tell which hospital they are pushing. You can just avoid hospitals like that. I also visited more clinics than I expected, but there was a hospital I had already been leaning toward based on the reviews I saw. Even after the consultation, that hospital still seemed the best.
They were honest that the scar would improve, but because my skin is weak, scar tissue would likely form easily. They also said improvement was possible, but some parts on the upper and lower sides might have limits, and that they would restore it as much as possible.
I had read a lot of posts saying they give very conservative consultations, so this level felt fine to me. After the surgery, my eyes definitely looked prettier. People around me also often said the surgery turned out well.
I think covering just a little of the caruncle is something only I would notice, but that subtle degree seems to be what defines beauty. I heard you need to watch it for up to a year, but anyway, so far it seems to be holding up well without opening back up or major shape changes. I looked around different places, did a lot of online research and in-person consultations, and still wanted to leave a review at least once, so I am posting this.
