I was glad they recommended the procedures I actually needed. I originally planned to do a paranasal augmentation, but since they said it would not be a satisfying surgery, they did not recommend it, and instead I had fat grafting and under-eye fat repositioning. After surgery the pain was mild, and the swelling and bruising seemed to go down quickly. Since they did not put in too much, I think I will probably need an additional graft in a second round. The manager was kind and gave guidance without any excessive pushing or sales tactics. The surgery took about an hour, and they included one swelling care session as a complimentary service. If the results are good after a month, I felt it would be worth considering other procedures too. There was not really anything disappointing, but maybe the overall atmosphere felt a little rigid?
