I had already experienced nose surgery once, and I consulted about alar reduction additionally, but they only explained the lateral incision method... They said it would inevitably leave a lot of scarring, so I decided I would need to choose another hospital for alar reduction. Still, the staff were all kind, and the doctor was honest in the consultation, so it seemed trustworthy!
