Rhinoplasty 3-month review

Before <the two photos above are pre-op photos><1 month><currently at 3 months>I looked up a lot of rhinoplasty clinics in a community and finally chose this place. I searched a lot, but I did not really go around to many consultations.

Before, I had a small nose + a nose with no columella, and because I had no nasal tip, my nostrils stood out. Whenever I took photos, only my nostrils showed, so it was extremely stressful. Before the consultation, I thought it was because my nostrils were large, but after consulting at the place where I had surgery, I was able to properly understand what the problem was. The director and the consultation manager were kind and examined me thoroughly during the consultation. They answered even minor questions in detail. They also said they do no more than 3 surgeries a day, so I trusted them. After the surgery, I really like it. Just my nose changed my impression a lot, and my face looks more three-dimensional.

For materials, nasal tip: autologous costal cartilage + nasal bridge: silicone They said that if I used septal cartilage or ear cartilage, I might not be satisfied, so even though it was my first surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage.

A few months have passed, and now it just feels like my own nose.

Surgery~1 month I neglected reducing swelling, so the bruising lasted 1 month, and it was fascinating how the bruising gradually moved downward to my cheeks. The surgery did not hurt at all, just a slight throbbing, but after taking the prescribed painkillers, I did not even feel that. The place where the rib was cut hurt the most.

2 months The major swelling was all gone, and the bruising was mostly gone too. I did not have rhinitis before, but my nose got blocked like rhinitis. They said it was a surgical side effect that would go away with time, so I waited. My nose was also very dry.

Currently at 3 months The nasal congestion and nasal dryness are all gone. The incision line at the nasal tip has almost disappeared too, so without makeup, it is not very noticeable unless I mention it, and with makeup, it is all covered.

Now that a few months have passed, I am so used to it that when I ask if my nose looks too natural, people say absolutely not and compliment me, saying it is so pretty.
