I’ve had one nose surgery experience, and I also consulted about additional alar reduction, but they only explained lateral incision... So they said scarring would inevitably be significant. That made me think I’d have to choose another hospital for alar reduction. Still, the staff were all kind, and the director was honest in the consultation, so it seemed trustworthy!
