I went for a consultation because it felt close to the natural look I was aiming for. I talked briefly with the director, then sat alone in the consultation room watching a nose-surgery video with the doctor coming out, but the sync was completely off, so honestly it felt like I had not really watched anything.. After watching the whole thing, I waited a long time for the doctor consultation, and since it was my first surgery, the estimate felt way too high.
