Before/after I think I looked into about 5 places and went around for consultations. The things I considered important were
-how detailed and professional they were during the consultation -whether the hospital had a proper system in place -whether they had enough skill
I think those were the main things. That was the hospital where I had surgery, and the consultant there was really kind, too.
I used a custom implant for the bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. The nose swelling went down faster than I expected, and my side felt a bit sore, but because the aftercare was good, I recovered quickly.
I think it became easier to breathe not long after the surgery? I had surgery before it got too hot because I was worried about inflammation, but why is this summer so long
I walked a lot to reduce swelling, and it felt like it went down quickly. Because it’s a custom implant, it fits overall from the glabella to the nasal tip line, and since the nasal tip was raised with autologous costal cartilage, it’s staying firm without drooping~~ I guess you really do need to have surgery at a place that uses rhinoplasty materials well.
