I only went to two consultations and did it right away,, Both clinics had the exact same opinion from the directors, so I just did it at the place with better aftercare and the one I was more drawn to. I removed the septal cartilage and replaced it with autologous costal cartilage, and I also changed the nasal bridge from the existing 3 mm to 4 mm. Since I was correcting the drooping nasal tip and raising it higher, I thought it would look strange if I didn’t do the bridge together. I had it done two days ago, and now I understand why people say the rib area hurts more than the nose,, Still, I think the swelling is less than before, but I guess I’ll know after the splint comes off??
