I had surgery about 6 years ago with Gore-Tex + septal cartilage. Even back then, there were a lot of opinions saying Gore-Tex wasn’t great, so I was worried, but the doctor recommended it, so I just said okay. The shape is ve~ry natural, so people around me usually don’t know I had surgery. It doesn’t feel like a pretty nose, just like my nose got higher? I’m thinking about revision surgery...
