Before <Scars..> The scarring after alar reduction surgery is this severe.. I’m in a situation where I have to cover it with makeup when I go out... Even if I apply primer thickly and put on makeup, it still shows, but.. I’m barely getting by... by trying to convince myself it’s okay.. Before makeup, anyone can clearly tell it looks like knife marks.. I had the surgery because I was usually stressed about the size of my nostrils, but now I’m even more stressed because of the scars..
