The nose surgery I had 12 years ago left the implant crooked inside my nose, so I went to three places for a revision.

They just looked at the outside of my nose and judged it from that. I don’t know why they’re famous, and it felt like even the consultation fee was a waste.
Director G.D.J. at JㅇJㅇ looked at the detailed photos and my nose together, even drew pictures for me, and said they would use silicone with donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. They said autologous costal cartilage would leave a scar, so they recommended donated costal cartilage more. The consultation fee didn’t feel wasted. I almost put down a reservation deposit, but didn’t.
Director Y.B.H. at MㅇDㅇ explained the difference between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, told me how much scarring there would be, and pinpointed exactly what the problems with my nose were. Autologous costal cartilage is scary, but they said if I don’t want another revision, it should be fine if it’s done well with autologous costal cartilage. Something about the relaxed confidence that came through in the way they spoke made me put down a reservation deposit. They don’t even charge a consultation fee lol
All three places had the same price.
(Go somewhere that uses general anesthesia instead of sedation anesthesia. A younger friend I know works at a university hospital, and they said general anesthesia is much safer than sedation anesthesia..
When you wake up after anesthesia, it may feel like you were deeply asleep, but apparently you’re just in a sedated state and can move around a lot.. They said that means you’re actually awake.
Ah, MㅇDㅇ also has many anesthesiology specialists, and they use general anesthesia. So I chose the place that seemed safer. Because I’m scared .....
