I’m looking into materials for revision rhinoplasty right now. I had ear cartilage used, and since my nasal tip is currently drooping, I’m planning to firmly support and lift the tip with rib cartilage. So I’m thinking of using autologous if possible, but do you tend to recommend autologous rib cartilage? On other cafes too, people who had autologous said the effect was good, but those who still had scars on their body said they don’t recommend it and told me to use donated cartilage instead, saying donated cartilage can also give enough results~ If you were going into surgery thinking of it as a revision, which would you use, donated vs autologous? Please give me your opinions and advice
