For the revision surgery, would it be okay to use silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip?? It’s not extremely severe, but if you look closely or from the side, it’s noticeable. It’s been about 6 months since the contracture happened, and I’ve recovered to some extent.
