I'm preparing to go for consultations these days for revision surgery at ㄹㅋㅋ and 431, and I have a question about implants. I'm trying to get revision surgery because of contracture, and I heard that people who usually get revision surgery due to contracture often use autologous costal cartilage. Is that always necessary?? Would it be difficult to use septal cartilage or ear cartilage instead...???
