Contracture nose. The columella is pulled upward. The tip of the nose is turned up. The doctor thought the previous philtrum reduction I had done may have been the cause (same opinion as mine). I said I wanted to leave the bridge as it is and only operate on the tip of the nose. The doctor agreed and thought about how much skin laxity there was. The doctor was so kind and gave me a very thorough consultation. He showed me a lot of severe nose cases. He said that if necessary, autologous costal cartilage would have to be used. The decision is mine (if I leave the bridge alone and only lower the tip, I’m worried my nose might look longer and make me look older) ㅠㅠ
