There was still one more place left, but among the hospitals I consulted, this one observed my nose the most closely. They touched it, twisted it, and even took photos. They said my septum was small and soft, so they recommended using ear cartilage, and said silicone would definitely show through so it would end up needing to be removed, so I shouldn’t put it in. No waiting time, and they were kind.
