First, they took photos of my face with a camera, and then had me lie down on something like an operating table to check my nose, ears, and so on. They looked at my facial proportions and explained the surgery method, saying that if they raised this part here it would turn out like this, and if they did something like that it could also turn out like that. It was a consultation I did not think was a waste of money at all. They explained even the things patients usually do not know about in great detail, so I got a sense of what not to do even if I had surgery somewhere else, and I really felt like he was a true expert, like a professor. I also really liked the post-op photos, but the final reason I did not choose here was that for a first surgery they would use silicone + ear cartilage, and the cost was almost 500. Also, they said if there was not enough ear cartilage, they might harvest from both ears, and that part concerned me a little, so I did not choose it.
