There was a bit of a wait because the director had surgery in the previous time slot. Still, the manager treated me like an easygoing older sister, and the director's consultation was very comfortable and she explained things kindly and thoroughly. I'm planning to think a bit more and then set the surgery date!!!!!!!!!!
