The director is very active on YouTube and Instagram, and he seemed very confident in his surgeries, so I went for a consultation. I saw two patients coming out of the recovery room while I was there. I met the director right after he finished surgery, and he was kind and did his best during the consultation. The consultation manager kept mixing casual speech into her words, which I didn’t like. My mother was sitting next to me too, and even when speaking to my mother, she kept using that tone..
