Hmm.. the consultation manager was kind, but before I even got to see the doctor they kept listing praises about him, so I trusted them less. When I met the doctor, it seemed like he reflected my needs well, but he also said things like that I wouldn't regret getting surgery, and when I said I had reservations at other hospitals and would go check those out and then contact them, he asked, "Where are you going? Are you even going to a proper hospital?.." and asked me for hospital information, which made me feel a bit unpleasant.
