The director was extremely kind and seemed very proud of his work, which I liked. He explained everything more carefully than anywhere else I'd consulted. But I went alone and maybe because I was young, the manager spoke to me very casually and lightly, which made me uncomfortable. She talked like, "I'll give you a cheaper price, sis," and pressured me hard to book that day. They said they'd use donor rib cartilage if needed, but the moment the manager came in she said, "We'll do it with donor rib cartilage," and when I said "What?" she said, "if needed~ haha," which somehow felt fishy. For the event price, I had to get approval on the before-and-after photos. I also had to send uncensored before-and-after selfies of the surgical area; they said they would cover them, though. I really liked the director, but the manager was so bad that I completely gave up on the idea of surgery.
