The doctor spoke calmly, and it was fine. The hospital manager also didn't force a deposit. The manager was very kind, and since it's a quiet one-doctor clinic, I put down the deposit and set the surgery date that same day. They said there is CCTV and also an anesthesia doctor, so I have high expectations.
