I was so sick of the scar on my columella that I decided on this hospital after looking for one of the few non-open rhinoplasty clinics. It's a one-doctor clinic, and because they wake you up in the middle after putting you under sedation and proceed while you're conscious, there's absolutely no need to worry about proxy surgery. They say non-open procedures generally have lower refinement after surgery than open rhinoplasty, but for that kind of procedure, the result was pretty good. The only material used was ear cartilage, and the method was building a columellar strut and grafting cartilage to the tip of the nose. Unless I tell people I had surgery, they wouldn't know, it's that natural. My nostrils became slightly asymmetric. They said they built a strut, but strangely my columella got shorter. When I posted the photo in a community, people said it looked like columellar retraction. My nose also looks oddly blunt. The tip cartilage is visible as a white round shape, but they say it's not actually showing. I couldn't get AS. They give a discount if you write a review.
