I recently came here for a consultation about revision nose surgery, and first of all, the consultation manager was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable. The director was also quite good at consultations, and I had been thinking about a non-open approach, but when looking at the condition of my nose and things like that, he explained well that it would be better to do an open approach and how they could proceed.
