The staff and chief administrator were extremely kind, and the director explained things very professionally and kindly for a long time. Among the clinics I visited, this was the best consultation-only place. The only drawback is that the price is a bit high. I know the director is somewhat famous for noses, so I do feel reassured about the surgery.
