I went for consultations at every place that said they do stem cells, and this place is in my top 3. Especially since I had spent a lot of time researching this place myself, I had somewhat high expectations for the consultation, and it met them. The staff from the front desk were kind, and both the manager and the director kept smiling and explained things in an easy-to-understand way even though I asked a lot of questions.
