I went on a weekday morning, so the hospital was quiet and it was nice to consult comfortably. I had the consultation in this order: manager -> director -> manager. The manager kindly answered everything I wanted to know. As soon as the director came in, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, so I immediately decided I wouldn’t have surgery here,, I thought that was part of hygiene management. The director was kind. The consultation room was a little small.
