I wanted something not excessive, around a full A cup, so I looked into fat grafting rather than implants, which I felt a bit resistant to. I had a stem-cell consultation, and they checked with ultrasound whether there was enough fat that could be harvested and objectively told me how many cc could be placed, which I liked. But to harvest the fat, there were more incision areas than I expected, so that part was a bit disappointing.
