I had a revision nose surgery a few months ago. Because it was the third surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage, and since I had contracture, I asked them to bring the tip down as much as possible and make it natural. The director's style and the hospital's style seem to be natural overall, but they seem to like making the tip glamorous. The nose shape is really pretty, but the tip does seem a little high ㅜㅜ They said they'd do an after-service touch-up later if I want it. Still, the director checked everything carefully, and I was relieved that I could get the photo right after surgery, before the splint was applied. The staff are really kind. It also qualifies for insurance reimbursement as a functional nose, so keep that in mind.
