I went there through a recommendation from someone I know, umm... the manager was kind, but somehow she seemed to have a lot of negative energy and felt like she was acting (I may be sensitive though). Also the manager's nose looked way too much like Michael Jackson's and was weird. I should have just walked away then. I'd heard they were famous by word of mouth, and the director himself said he would shape things well, so I entrusted my bulbous nose to them, but in the end contracture started happening. And although it is better than my old nose, well... the tip is drooping. For a bulbous nose with thick skin, the real answer seems to be skin removal plus costal cartilage... In the end, I didn't like it from the beginning, and when I kept complaining, the manager said, "She's pretty, so why is she acting like that?" (It's my face, not yours; you probably just want to get rid of me quickly.) The doctor calmly said he would do the revision, said to do it after 6 months, but how could I trust them again and go back there?! I should have just gotten my money back. There are so many easy targets in cosmetic surgery, and I was one of them too.....
