The director wasn’t the type to explain things in detail. There are hospitals that explain the surgery process in the recovery room after surgery. I just came out after the anesthesia wore off. The manager was kind, but when I came back for a checkup, I felt like they didn’t really know my surgical method and were just giving me consultation. When inflammation developed, they treated me carefully. The nurses were kind. Later, I had a problem with function and wanted to know the surgical method in detail, like a briefing. Even at the 6-month visit, they only answered the questions I asked, and I couldn’t get a clear explanation. The director said they would provide aftercare later. The director does take good care of aftercare, but I wish communication were better. The manager and nurses are kind.
