I went there for a consultation before. I want surgery, but from the patient's perspective surgery is a very big decision, and I think the worrying parts should be things you can ask about during the consultation. But when I asked about scars on the consultation day, "If you're worried about scars, then you just have to live like that, I guess" That's exactly what they said;;
