I had a tetramucosal philtrum reduction surgery in March 2019. Hmm.. first of all, now that 1 year and 6 months have passed, the effect has completely disappeared. I think it disappeared from around the 6-month mark. They said the effect varies from person to person, but that it would still probably work.. If I went back, I don’t think I’d do it again. And I hadn’t planned to get lip filler, but I ended up being almost forced into doing it together. My philtrum wasn’t even that long.. I only realized much later that the problem was my chin, but at the time I don’t know whether the doctor didn’t realize it or knew but didn’t say anything.. Anyway, for me it was a surgery that brought me no benefit at all.
