I went in for a consultation about shortening my philtrum. When I asked questions, the doctor did answer well, but... the reviews on the website and cafe are good, but elsewhere (like this community) there are a lot of bad comments... The doctor says he is confident about scars, but honestly I'm not sure... In my case, I have long gums, a protruding mouth, and a long philtrum, and he told me to try orthodontic treatment first and then think about shortening the philtrum. So I'm going to do orthodontics first.
