I had upper lip augmentation and lip corner surgery, and I have almost no scar, so I'm satisfied. But scars vary so much from person to person that it doesn't seem like there will be absolutely no scar. My philtrum got shorter, so I'm very satisfied with the result. But the recovery process is really hard.
