I had the lateral corner lift done years ago along with this surgery, and I have absolutely no scar. Even my family doesn't know, my boyfriend doesn't know, and my friends just think I got lip filler. Even if I try to look for a scar, I only know it's there if I shine a flashlight on it myself. It turned out very naturally. That said, this surgery depends not only on the surgeon's skill but also a lot on your own skin type. I really think this can vary hugely from person to person. If you are someone who scars easily, you should not get the surgery. It's your own face, so even if you blame the hospital later, it won't help
