Hmm, I found this clinic through a blog when my nose went wrong and I wanted to remove only the silicone. The director was kind, explained things well, and tried to go in the direction I wanted as much as possible. They suggested removing the silicone and using ear cartilage plus postauricular dermis to match the tip of the nose. But when I went to another clinic, they said that to match the tip of the nose, silicone was absolutely necessary, and the price was too burdensome, so I just didn’t have the surgery... But thinking about it, since it’s a revision surgery, the price wasn’t actually that burdensome, so if you really search around well, it seems like surgery would be fine.
