Among all the hospitals I've experienced, the director is the most unfriendly. If I end up dissatisfied after surgery, I don't think I'd even be able to bring myself to say anything. He did seem confident about the surgery, but I already can barely speak up before surgery, and after surgery I feel like I wouldn't be able to handle it, so I 고민하다 skipped it.
