Looking at the most important part, the lifting effect is not nonexistent, but the range is too small. They had already said it wouldn't help the nasolabial folds, so I didn't expect that, but it doesn't improve jowls, the marionette lines, or things like that either. There is an effect in an area about the size of two fingers right below the sideburns. In other words, the side of the face is pulled, but the front of the face stays the same.
