Consultation went from manager -> director -> manager. The doctor was kind and even called me affectionately, like ‘our ㅇㅇ.’ Right when the consultation started, they told me that I probably wouldn’t have heard anything good about my eyes at any hospital (they really are difficult eyes). They showed me before-and-after photos of 3-4 other patients with similar cases and explained things like skin thickness and eye space, and they also showed photos of celebrities whose canthoplasty had been done too aggressively as examples. They said they don’t have the skill to cut that far anyway and won’t do anything excessive. It seems they aim for a natural result. When I mentioned my uneven eyes, they showed me a Pacific fashion model and said everyone has a bit of asymmetry, and 10%-20% isn’t noticeable; mine is around 10%, so it’s fine. Since they said they would do a full incision, I trusted their skill, and because they operate conservatively, it doesn’t seem like it’ll go badly. I also liked that they would use sedation plus partial anesthesia and wake me up in the middle to check my ability to open my eyes. Consultation fee: 0
