The clinic facilities are clean, and the staff are not especially unfriendly. But the doctor was running behind on a procedure or surgery, and even though I had made a reservation and went, I ended up waiting about 30 to 40 minutes. They didn't explain in advance why or how long I would have to wait, and when 15 minutes had passed and there was still no sign of being called in, I asked about it and only then did they explain. The director was the one doing the consultation, and he was very... unique. It wasn't a matter of saying, "This is why I recommend this surgery," but rather he just talked about some strange personal beliefs inside, and then the consultant explained how the procedure would be done after I came out.
