I had double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction here 10 years ago, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. As 10 years passed, when I looked at people around me who had double eyelid surgery, they all eventually had to get revision surgery because their folds loosened. Mine was done with the incisional method, so it is still firm and shows no sign of loosening. My eyes are still clear and people still say they are big and pretty. They were originally open and rather long horizontally. Before the ptosis correction, I used my forehead to open my eyes, but after the surgery I can blink just fine without moving my forehead at all, which is so comfortable. The only slightly negative point is that maybe because it was incisional, even after 10 years the line is still so clear that anyone can tell I had double eyelid surgery..? And the price was a bit high. Anyway, since I do not need revision surgery, maybe that is actually a good thing. It probably will never loosen, even after 10 more years
