While looking into a second revision, I wanted to consult with the director, so I booked a week in advance and had the consultation. They do the first consultation with the consultation manager after the CT scan, and then the director gives the consultation. They look at the CT in detail. They checked the condition and shape of the silicone already in my nose and pointed out the current problems very well. The aesthetic sense seemed good. They know how to make the nasolabial angle and columella so that the current nose would look different. The consultation manager was also gentle and kind. The CCTV viewing is also a plus. I need to think a little more about whether the director's aesthetic sense and surgical skill will suit my bulbous nose.
