I got a consultation, and first of all the doctor looked very tired. He explained that the surgery would be done in this or that way, but only explained the basic open-rhinoplasty method and did not mention design at all, so when I asked, he said that was up to the patient, and if I was going to use silicone then use it, then it would become higher; if I did not use it, then maybe not. He said it like that, and since design seems to be the most important thing in rhinoplasty, if I do it here I just hope it turns out well.
