About 6 years ago my younger sibling had nose surgery here, and after that I always wanted nose surgery too, so I ended up having it as well. My face is on the round side, so I went for a feminine look rather than a straight line, and I asked them to make it as natural as possible, so I had 2 mm put in. I was debating alar surgery too, but I still have some regrets, so I am still thinking about it.
