The consultation was generally okay, but since I have a bulbous nose, everything felt kind of expensive.. I’d need autologous costal cartilage, and to get the line I wanted, but the photos they showed during the consultation were very flashy and high, so I ruled it out because it didn’t seem to fit me. I think satisfaction will be high only if you go to a clinic whose direction matches the direction you want. Of course they can do it naturally too. It seems better to view the director as someone who prefers naturalness
