During the consultation, they kept saying they would take responsibility for aftercare and scar management to the end, but after the surgery, when I asked about the scar care schedule and said then please contact me if a slot opens up, they said they couldn’t do that and told the patient to check for openings themselves every time. ㅋㅋ I didn’t want to argue, so I said okay, and then the next day I asked on KakaoTalk if there was an opening, and they just read it and ignored me. I spent 3 million won, seriously ㅋㅋㅋㅋ For the corners of the mouth, they say aftercare is important, but the aftercare service? I’m not sure.
