The office manager was extremely kind and explained everything in great detail, so I was able to clear up all my questions. But the consultation with the director was only about 2 to 3 minutes..? I was a little thrown off when he sat down for a moment, took a quick look, and then rushed off; the before-and-after cases they showed were good, so I think it's worth putting on my consultation list.
