I'm leaving a review after surgery. It's not even been a month yet, so I don't know the exact result, but.. when they removed the stitches at first, the shape was so pretty that I was surprised I wanted it mainly around the mouth-corner area, and I think they reflected my needs well. I used to live by getting mouth-corner thread lifting + fillers and then getting fillers every 2 years, but one day I wanted a permanent effect, and the clinic I had been going to had raised the price to almost the level of mouth-corner surgery.. so I searched online and offline and decided on Avant. At Avant, there wasn't any extra charge for the incision range, and the extent of the incision was my choice. The doctor consultation wasn't especially thorough on the first visit, just like the reviews said, but before surgery I kept worrying a lot about lateral philtrum reduction, and he gave me a pretty careful medical explanation. I usually choose clinics by instinct, and with Avant I booked right after seeing the reviews and consultation. The director didn't pressure me to reserve at all, and the consultation was long and thorough, and I liked that they reflected my opinions. They also answered kindly to the questions I asked after surgery. In the end I did it together with the lateral part, and I'm so glad I did both.. There is some scarring, but if I think about doing it again later and having downtime, it's really better to do them together.ㅎㅎ It's the time when scars and redness start to show more, but I'm still trying to avoid moving as much as possible while using ointment and 3M tape.. Please, let there be no scar...
