My ears aren't that big, but I had surgery because it stressed me out that, since I sleep on my side, my ears can't be seen from the front. The director matched my face's overall harmony so well, and it seems to have turned out naturally, so I'm extremely satisfied. Before surgery I used to always cover my ears, but these days I even wear hats and earrings and all that
